The plot features some of the best views in the whole of Lolldaiga Valley, with the likely house site in a secluded location overlooking the neighbouring Lolldaiga Conservancy and enjoying uninterrupted views towards the peaks of Mount Kenya.
The mixed woodland and grassland habitat is rich in wildlife and there are opportunities for habitat restoration among parts of the acacia forest.

ACACIA GROVE
The plot is in the eastern part of Lolldaiga Valley, easily accessible from the main river gate and conveniently located for the network of over 40km of communal walking trails across the wider Lolldaiga Valley area.
