There are many scenic sundowner and picnic spots across the land and a fascinating private trails network could be developed with routes up to the summit of the knoll.
The lugga holds water in pools throughout most of the year, with opportunities to create a series of small waterholes and hides for wildlife viewing and birdwatching.

The plot is in the eastern part of Lolldaiga Valley, easily accessible from the main river gate and conveniently located for the network of over 40km of communal walking trails across the wider Lolldaiga Valley area.
